Process Department
Process Department has about 100 staff. We are equipped with three heating wire printing production lines, two no dust spraying production lines, 20 units dustproof cupboard, and provide various kinds of plastic products to printing, spraying, silk-screening, and stamping ability.
Laser Machines
Our company has advanced laser marking machines. The mark is never worn-out. It does not produce the mechanical pressure or the stress while marking, so it will not damage the process products and suitable for products recognition. The marking information can keep forever. The products have fine, clear and upscale etc. characteristics.
UV Production Lines
David set up UV production line. Using UV paints characteristic can spray fast solidification on products surface within extremely short time. It shortens spraying production cycle greatly. After the dryness, the products improve surface hardness, wear-proof, Adhesion, glossiness.
